What Happens When You Call

You'll talk with someone who knows dock equipment. We'll ask what you're seeing, how long it has been happening and whether the dock is still in use. A leveler that drifts, a door that reverses halfway or a restraint that won't engage each point to different causes, so a few plain questions help us show up with the right parts.

From there we schedule a time to look at the equipment in person, working around your receiving hours where we can to keep downtime low. After the inspection we explain what we found. If a repair will keep the equipment working safely, that's what we recommend. If replacement makes more sense, we tell you why and walk you through the options. We serve Lehighton and nearby towns such as Palmerton, Jim Thorpe and Slatington.

Helpful to Have Ready Before You Call

1. A quick note on what the equipment is doing and roughly when you first noticed it.
2. The make or model, if a label or data plate is visible on the leveler, door or restraint.
3. A count of the dock positions or doors involved, and which ones you can't use right now.
4. Windows in your receiving schedule when a crew can work without holding up trucks.
